Are You Carrying Last Year's Problems Into Next Year?

Too often, schools wait until late summer or early fall to address instructional challenges that have been visible all year. By that point, valuable time has already been lost. If any of these questions hit close to home — this masterclass was built for you.

☹️

Are you tired of starting over every August, rebuilding momentum your team should already have?

Your leadership impact depends heavily on your personal presence.

Is your leadership team giving inconsistent feedback because there's no shared vision of great instruction?

Are you so reactive, managing discipline, logistics, and fires, that instructional leadership never makes it onto your calendar?

📉

Does your data show the same student achievement gaps year after year, despite trying new curricula, new PD, and new schedules?

Do you know something needs to change, but have no clear, prioritized system for where to start before next school year begins?

If you answered yes to even one of these — you are not alone. And you are exactly who this masterclass is for.

Are You Ready to Lead Differently, Starting Now?

Imagine walking into August with clarity, alignment, and a system that actually works. Here is what becomes possible when you strengthen your instructional leadership before the year begins.

🎯

Are you ready to walk into August launch 26-27 with a clear, shared vision your entire leadership team is aligned around?

When your team shares a common language for what great instruction looks like, feedback becomes consistent, expectations become clear, and teachers stop guessing what "good" means in your building. You stop re-explaining every fall — because the vision is already embedded in your systems.

📈

Are you ready to move teachers from conversation to real instructional change that shows up in the next lesson?

When your teacher development system is working, walkthroughs turn into coaching conversations and feedback leads to follow-through. Teachers grow because they’re being developed—not evaluated—and that growth shows up in stronger instruction and better student outcomes.

🏗️

Are you ready to stop being reactive and start leading with intention — every single week?

When your instructional leadership architecture is in place, your calendar reflects your priorities. You have routines that protect your time for what matters most. You're not just responding to the building — you're leading it. That's what it looks like to launch a school year strong.

Here's What We'll Do Together

Launching 2026–27 Strong is a four-hour, hands-on learning experience designed to help school and district leaders strengthen their instructional leadership systems before the next school year begins.

Through the Principal as Instructional Leader Framework™, you will diagnose your current systems, analyze real examples of instructional leadership in practice, and leave with a concrete action step you can implement immediately. Attendance is limited to participants to preserve the interactive, high-impact nature of the experience.

Through teaching, video analysis, diagnostic reflection, and table discussion, you'll explore how these three elements interact to create sustainable instructional improvement.

🎯

Vision for Cultural & Instructional Excellence

Define and communicate a clear, compelling vision that aligns your school's culture with high expectations for teaching and learning.

⚙️

Teacher Development Engine

Build strong, consistent systems for coaching, observing, and developing teachers so that instructional growth becomes a school-wide habit.

🏗️

Instructional Leadership Architecture

Design the leadership habits, routines, and structures that sustain instructional improvement across classrooms and grade levels.

Strong schools don’t improve by chance. They build aligned systems. This masterclass helps you assess all three.

What You'll Leave With

Every participant walks away with tangible tools — not just inspiration.

A completed instructional leadership diagnostic: a personalized snapshot of your current leadership strengths and gaps, aligned to the framework.

A clearer understanding of your leadership strengths and gaps: so you know exactly where to focus your energy heading into 2026–27.

A practical next step for strengthening instructional leadership: one concrete action you can implement before the school year begins.
